The property is set in a calm, safe residential neighbourhood with local character. It is a 19-minute walk from Gran Puerto Cancún and the Cancun Bus Station, and 2 km from Puerto Juarez Beach. The Isla Mujeres ferry terminal at Puerto Juarez is a 5-minute Uber ride or a 20-minute walk. The Hotel Zone is reachable in 10-15 minutes by Uber or taxi. Cancún International Airport is 20 km away; take the ADO bus to downtown Cancun, then a short taxi. Private airport transfer can be arranged for an extra fee. Several restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The Cancun Convention Center is 12 km away, and Cristo Rey Church is 3 km.
