BEDTIME SUITES BY CONCEPT FLATS, Valencia

The property is located less than 1 km from Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados and a 5-10 minute stroll from Turia Gardens and Serranos Towers, putting the main sights of the old town within easy walking distance. The immediate street is a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and very little noise, making it a peaceful base for city exploration. A bus stop is a few minutes away, with direct tram connections to the beach and the airport (9 km). Valencia Airport is 9 km away, and getting there by public transport requires a change or two buses. Several bakeries and casual dining spots are within 0.5 km, while the old town offers a wide range of restaurants and cultural attractions. The layout of the apartment means no stairs are needed, and the quiet street keeps outside interruptions to a minimum.

The apartment offers one separate bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a large sofa-bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four people. The bathroom is notably spacious, with a shower and plenty of room for a baby to play. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and a juicer-ideal for preparing full meals. Air conditioning units are available in both the bedroom and living room, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The property is on the ground floor, requiring no stairs, and the sleeping areas face an internal patio rather than the street; this ensures minimal noise but also means no exterior windows in the traditional sense. A washing machine with a built-in dryer is included, and the decor is modern, clean, and practical. The bed is described as comfortable by many, though some note it is quite low to the ground.

There is no restaurant, café, or breakfast offer at the property. Guests rely on the well-stocked kitchen for meal preparation, supported by a dishwasher and full cookware. The kitchen also includes a juicer, making it easy to prepare fresh orange juice from local market oranges. Within a 300-metre walk there are bakeries for morning bread and pastries, as well as pizzerias and tapas bars. For a wider choice, the historic centre is only 10 minutes on foot, offering countless dining options. The lack of an on-site breakfast or restaurant means you will need to plan your meals, but the self-catering setup is well-suited to short or medium stays.

The property operates a fully contactless check-in via a code system for both the building and apartment door, which is especially convenient for late arrivals. No on-site reception exists, but customer support is available online and has been described as helpful even during weekends. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment and is suitable for light streaming and video calls. A washing machine with a combined dryer, iron, hairdryer, and tea/coffee facilities are included. For transport, airport shuttles and transfers can be arranged at an additional charge. The property is wheelchair accessible, with a ground-floor layout and wide doorways, and a lower bathroom sink is available. Cots are available on request free of charge. No pets are allowed and the entire property is non-smoking.
