Each of the six rooms features a private en-suite bathroom, carpeted floor, heating, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen smart TV with streaming apps. All rooms offer king-size or super-king beds; room sizes vary. The smallest bed on the property is king-size. Rooms facing the rear garden (Room 2, Room 3, and the Garden Room) are quieter and have garden views, while two rooms face the street. The Garden Room on the ground floor also provides patio access. A shared downstairs lounge and a fully equipped kitchen are available, stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and cereal. A hairdryer is provided in every room.

Breakfast is served in the basement dining room and includes two courses: a first course of porridge (with optional cream, honey, and whisky) and a second course chosen from an extensive menu - full Scottish breakfast, pancakes, fruit platter, and more. The breakfast menu is filled out the evening before, allowing for prompt service at the chosen time. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
