Edinburgh Waverley station is 2 km away (10 minutes by bus, 25 minutes on foot), and Edinburgh Airport is 14 km away. Buses stop a few seconds from the front door, with routes 10 and 27 running frequently into the city centre. Several restaurants and shops are within a 2-minute walk, and Haymarket and Grassmarket are reachable in 15 minutes on foot.

Rooms are spacious enough for 2-5 people, with family rooms offering 3 beds.
