The street is quiet and safe, and the district is particularly well-suited for families visiting the Prater amusement park or children's playground.

Each apartment includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (accommodating up to five people), and two rooms with good storage space in wardrobes. The kitchen is well-fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker with capsules provided.
