Praterstern station is within a few minutes' walk, connecting you to U1/U2 metro lines, S-Bahn, trams, and buses. From Vienna Airport, take the S7 or REX 7 train directly to Praterstern (about 25 minutes). The city centre (e.g., St. Stephen's Cathedral) is a 20-minute walk or a short metro ride. A supermarket is located across the street, and numerous cafes and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet yet well-connected, making car-free exploration easy. A parking garage is across the street for those arriving by car.

The apartment includes one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a living room with a sofa, and a bathroom with a bathtub (shower over bath), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. City views come through large windows in every room. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cookware, and basic cooking ingredients. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a work desk, and a dining area. The unit features parquet flooring and a private entrance. The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by elevator.

Guests can prepare meals using the full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ample cookware. Basic ingredients like spices and oil are often provided. A supermarket across the street (open on Sundays as well) makes grocery shopping convenient.
