Every unit includes a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine) and a seating area. Beds are comfortable and the apartments are generally spacious and clean, though soft mattresses have been noted in some rooms. Rooms facing the main avenue receive traffic noise until late - even with good windows - so light sleepers should request a rear-facing room. A persistent drainage smell is reported in the building lobby and some rooms; automatic air fresheners are present but may not fully mask it. The property also has an accessible studio suitable for wheelchair users, accessed via a platform lift.

Each apartment has a full kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals. A supermarket is right next door, and there are multiple bakeries, cafés and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. The surrounding area has a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Asian and Argentine options within 300 metres. Many guests use the kitchen for breakfast and light dinners, buying fresh produce from the nearby market.

The aparthotel does not have a pool, spa, gym, or leisure facilities. Turia Gardens, Valencia's major park, is a 15-minute walk away and is ideal for running, cycling or relaxing. The Malvarrosa beach can be reached by tram (lines 4/6) in approximately 20-25 minutes.
