MD PONT DE FUSTA, Valencia

The apartments are situated on a quiet, safe street that is still just 10-15 minutes on foot from the Serrano Towers, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados (1 km), and the main sights of the old town. The tram, metro and bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk, making it simple to reach the beach or other districts without a car. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is located on the ground floor or immediately next door, and a bakery, cafés, and several casual restaurants are on the same block. Valencia Airport is 13 km away, reachable by tram/metro or by car in around 20 minutes. Turia Gardens (2 km) are a pleasant walk along the former riverbed, and Jardines de Monforte is a 17-minute walk away.

The property offers studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments, all brand-new or recently renovated. Every unit includes air conditioning, soundproof windows, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. The kitchenettes come with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Studios sleep 2 guests and feature a balcony or terrace with city views; one-bedroom apartments (2-3 beds) add a separate living area. The larger two-bedroom apartments (up to 5 guests) are ideal for families, offering generous space, a dining table, and a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed. Beds are new and comfortable, though the double bed is 160 cm wide - slightly narrow for two adults. The upper-floor apartments feature a standout rooftop terrace with sun loungers and panoramic city views. Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided, and additional housekeeping is available for a fee. Cots are available on request.

There is no on-site restaurant or bar; all dining is self-catering or at nearby eateries. Each apartment comes with a kitchen stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and full cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The Mercadona supermarket is directly next door or on the ground floor, open daily for groceries. Within a 2-minute walk there are at least eight restaurants and cafés, including La Trattoria di Fede (Italian, 0.5 km), Roots Ahumados (smoked food), Bar-Restaurante Del Este, and Oh My Bowl, offering a variety of cuisines for lunch and dinner. The location is also close to a coffee shop directly opposite the building.
