Hiking and biking trails start from the property, and nearby attractions include Red Sky Golf Club (32 km) and Frisco Historic Park (46 km). Units facing away from the I-70 highway are noticeably quieter, while front-facing units may pick up road noise.

All units feature private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware), dining areas, seating areas with flat-screen TVs, and balconies or patios with garden or creek views. Bedding options include one-bedroom suites with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper, or one-bedroom-with-loft units with 3 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Many units have carpeted floors, fireplaces, and private entrances. The property consists of multiple buildings; the Aspen building has an elevator, but some buildings like Cedar do not, and top-floor units can require climbing up to six flights of stairs. Interior-facing units away from I-70 are quiet, while front-facing ones may experience traffic noise. Rooms are well-appointed and many have been recently renovated, with comfortable beds and clean, spacious layouts.

Guests looking for a meal on site can use vending machines for drinks and snacks, and BBQ facilities are available outdoors. The full kitchens in every unit make self-catering easy, and Safeway is conveniently located nearby. Around twenty restaurants, including Nudoru (Japanese), Vail Ale House, Subway, Joy Sushi, Yellowbelly, and Starbucks, are all within a 2-3 km radius, offering a wide variety of cuisines within a short drive.

The wellness facilities include a year-round outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. The fitness centre is well-equipped and free to use.
