Located in Vail, Colorado, the property sits along Gore Creek with walking and biking paths right outside. The free resort shuttle runs to Lionshead Village every 15-20 minutes, making slope access easy without driving. The public bus stop is half a block away for connections across Vail and Beaver Creek (a 20-minute drive). The nearest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport, 43 km away. Free on-site parking is available but requires a reservation. Nearby Donovan Park offers a playground, basketball/tennis courts, and creek-side walking trails.

Units range 0.3 m² studio cabins to 3-bedroom vacation homes sleeping up to 16. All 1-bedroom condos have a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa; 2- and 3-bedroom units include additional twin or queen beds. Bedrooms are separate rooms with doors-not alcoves. Full kitchens are equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and utensils. Living areas include a dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TVs (55-65 inches in living room, 43-55 in bedrooms) with cloud DVR. Wi-Fi is free in all condos. Most units offer ski-in/ski-out access or are along the shuttle route. Some units are older and may have worn carpet, dated furniture, uneven floors, or plumbing issues; newer renovations include stainless steel appliances and modern decor. Units do not have private decks-a common deck overlooks the pool area. Heating is standard; air conditioning is not available.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and utensils for cooking. The lobby offers a coffee and tea self-serve station, and there are vending machines for snacks. A complimentary wine, cheese, fruits, and desserts evening is occasionally held in the lobby. Nearby grocery options are Safeway and City Market, both about 5 minutes away by car. For dining out, Lionshead Village restaurants are a quick shuttle ride away. The on-site general store stocks everyday essentials.

The wellness facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, open year-round, with sun loungers and pool/beach towels provided. Two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor) are available for après-ski or evening relaxation. A sauna is on-site. The pool and hot tub area also has gas barbecues and picnic tables. Guests in resort properties receive exclusive access to the Canyonside Fitness Center. The sauna may occasionally be out of service. Board games and puzzles are available in the lobby. The surrounding area offers direct access to hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, and paragliding in summer, plus a 400 km Paiute ATV trail. In winter, the resort's free shuttle provides access to the slopes.
