On-site parking is free but tight; street parking is an alternative. The location is ideal for walkers and cyclists, with many dining options (Magnolia Room, Oyster Bay, Mario's Pizza, Freda's Cafe, and more) within 0.5 km.

Rooms are renovated with a clean, modern beach-chic aesthetic, featuring parquet floors, quality linens, and thoughtful touches like bathrobes, local toiletries, and an electric kettle. All units have private bathrooms, some with walk-in showers and grab rails. The King Suite includes a living room, separate bedroom, and a private balcony. Most rooms offer a terrace with views of the quiet street; upper-floor rooms have stairs. Sound insulation is good, keeping the rooms quiet.
