The El Palo and Pedregalejo neighbourhoods offer a quieter, less touristy atmosphere than the city centre, with many seafood restaurants, cafés, and bars along the promenade within a 2-minute walk. Supermarkets such as Mercadona and Carrefour Express are about 350-500 metres away. The bus stop is 4-5 minutes on foot, with buses running frequently to the centre of Málaga (routes 11, 29, 34). Gibralfaro Viewpoint is 5 km away and the Picasso Museum is 5 km from the property. Malaga Airport is a 20-minute drive (15 km). Street parking is available on nearby streets, both free and paid.

Each apartment includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable double or single bed (two beds in some units), a living room with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with either a bath or shower. The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and electric hob, plus a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Air conditioning is provided in both the bedroom and living room. Some apartments have a private terrace or balcony; units without a terrace have the bedroom at the back of the building, which is quieter. Road-facing apartments with a terrace can experience significant traffic noise, and window soundproofing is moderate. Storage is limited: an open wardrobe in the bedroom and no extra shelving in the bathroom. The apartments are well-suited for couples or small families (cots and high chairs available on request).
