Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 4 km away, and the airport is 10 km (30-40 minutes by taxi). Public car parks are available nearby for those arriving by car, though no parking is provided at the building. The area is lively but some apartments remain quiet, especially those not facing the main street.

Rooms come in several configurations: studios with an open-plan layout and 2 beds; one-bedroom apartments with a separate bedroom and living area; and two-bedroom apartments (some with two bathrooms). Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware. Many units feature a dressing room, seating area, and flat-screen TV. Some apartments have a private balcony or terrace - the two-level penthouses offer a roof terrace with views over the city and Alcazaba. Important to note: a few apartments have the bathroom and toilet in an open-plan area separated by a sliding door that does not reach the ceiling, limiting privacy and simultaneous use. Units facing the street can be noisy, while interior-facing apartments are quieter and those without street-side windows are especially calm. All rooms are non-smoking, with parquet floors, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Cots are available on request.
