BOLOGNA CENTRAL APARTMENT, Bologna

The apartment is in the real heart of Bologna, offering exceptional walkability to all major sights, markets, restaurants, and shops. The location is also very close to the central train station, making arrival by rail convenient despite no on-site parking. Despite the lively central area, the property overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring it is quiet and restful. Numerous cafes, gelaterias, and dining spots are within a 300-500 metre radius, including Gelateria Gamberini, Cafe Pasticceria Gamberini, and Mandala Drink & Food, all useful for quick meals or takeaway options.

The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable double bed, while the living area offers a sofa bed (between a double and a square-and-a-half size). The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, free toiletries, and provided towels and linen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and tea and coffee facilities. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well-decorated, with a washing machine and ironing facilities included. The terrace offers a quiet outdoor space with a gazebo and vegetation, but note that the bedroom window opens onto an adjacent terrace, so it is best used for air circulation. The flat-screen TV has cable channels. The building is secure with key access and a lift.

Guests have access to a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and tea and coffee facilities, making it easy to prepare a full breakfast or dinner using local produce from nearby markets. Several gelaterias, cafes, and eateries are within 300-500 metres: Gelateria Gianni (0.5 km) for dessert, Cafe Pasticceria Gamberini (0.5 km) for morning pastries, and Mandala Drink & Food (0.5 km) for evening drinks or meals. The location near the historic centre and train station also puts a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk.

Internet access is free in the rooms. The property offers a safety deposit box free of charge, as well as a lift and fire extinguishers for security. The host is highly responsive and can accommodate early check-in or luggage storage as needed, though there is no night reception. Family rooms are available, and cots can be arranged. The building is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not permitted. Parking is not available on-site, so those arriving by car will need to use nearby paid garages. The apartment provides washing machine and detergents for extended stays.
