This newly renovated apartment features a separate living room with a sofa and a dining area, plus a bedroom with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. The air-conditioned interior has parquet floors, motorized window blinds that block light effectively, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom is modern and spacious, with a shower, bidet, and a generous supply of toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and spare toothbrushes. A balcony offers city views. The apartment is equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dressing area. The lift makes access easy even with luggage.

Breakfast is not served in a communal dining room but is instead set up in the apartment before arrival. The table is laid with a generous Italian-style spread: fresh pastries, buns, jams, cereals, yogurts, and fruit, plus milk, water, juice, and coffee capsules. The fridge is stocked with milk, water, butter, and yogurt. For those with dietary needs, a gluten-free breakfast selection is specially provided.
