The neighbourhood feels safe to walk around until midnight. Public transport includes a bus stop right outside, Putney Bridge tube station (10 minutes on foot), and the rail station (also 10 minutes). From Gatwick the journey takes about 45 minutes. Richmond Park and the Thames riverside are within easy reach, making the location practical for both central London and southwest London attractions.

The bedroom is permanently set up with a super king bed, plus the option to add a double or single bed. The living room has an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double, with an extra mattress provided for comfort. This setup suits a couple or a family with one child comfortably; families of four can manage by using all available beds. The apartment is well-insulated and quiet despite being on a busy road. It features a private terrace, a garden, a fireplace, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware), a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and heating. No balcony exists.

Several cafes and restaurants are within a 0.5 km walk, including Julia Domna Cafe, The Smugglers Cafe, Thai Square Putney Bridge, and Sushi54 Putney.
