The apartment is tucked away on a quiet lane, yet the high street with its many restaurants, coffee shops and both a Starbucks and M&S Café is only a minute away on foot. Teddington station is about a 5-minute walk, with direct trains to central London. Twickenham Stadium lies 4 km away (about an hour on foot via well-lit roads) and Hampton Court Palace is about 5 km reachable by a 40-minute walk or short drive. London Heathrow Airport is 9 km from the property. A bus from near the apartment serves Heathrow, and the area is pleasant for walking around local attractions such as Bushy Park.

The studio has a comfortable double bed and a private shower room. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea/coffee maker - enough for preparing simple meals or take-ins. There is a flat-screen TV and heating. Fold-up chairs and a fold-up table are stored behind the bed, allowing you to set up a small dining or work area as needed. The unit is cosy and better suited to one person or a couple who do not need much extra space. It is clean, quiet at night and located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs. No balcony or private outdoor space.
