BOUTIQUE ROOMS TRASTEVERE, Rome

The property is steps from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and a short walk to Campo de' Fiori (1 km), the Pantheon (2 km), and Piazza Navona (2 km on foot). The Roman Forum is 2 km away, and Palatine Hill is 4 km from the property. Buses and a taxi stand are within 50 metres. Despite being in a buzzy dining and nightlife district, many rooms remain quiet at night. Rome Ciampino Airport is 16 km distant. A central location, ideal for exploring Rome on foot or by public transport, but with no on-site parking, a car is not practical.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. Kitchens and living areas are shared. Some rooms have a street view, others face an internal courtyard or the shared living room. While many rooms are described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, some have reported issues with cleanliness upon arrival, worn furnishings, and maintenance of fixtures like shower screens and TV remotes. The shared layout means noise from other guests is possible. A hot tub/jacuzzi is present in at least one bathroom.

The only leisure facility confirmed is a hot tub/jacuzzi, located within one of the private bathrooms. It is a fixture of the room, not a separate spa area. The property itself does not have a pool, gym, or shared wellness spaces. For other leisure, the Trastevere location provides immediate access to the area's lively street life, bars, and cultural attractions with the rest of central Rome within walking distance.
