BQ HOUSE TREVI LUXURY ROOMS, Rome

The property is set on a lively street directly behind the Trevi Fountain, placing almost all of Rome's historic core within walking distance - the Pantheon is a 5-minute stroll and Piazza Venezia is 10 minutes on foot. Barberini Metro Station (Line A) is a 10-minute walk, offering direct connections to Termini and the Vatican. The immediate area is packed with restaurants and cafés, though the pedestrian traffic around the fountain can be heavy into the night. For those driving, private parking is available nearby but must be reserved in advance. The narrow alley access makes manoeuvring with luggage more challenging than a main-street hotel.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and slippers, and are fitted with parquet floors and fine fabrics. Double, triple and family rooms (up to 4 guests) are available, but room sizes are compact - the family room is small for four people. Some rooms have windows overlooking the street with views of restaurants and the Trevi area; others face an interior courtyard and are notably quieter. A few rooms have no window at all. Air conditioning is standard, but some units have been reported as insufficient during hot weather. Soundproofing is generally good, though street-facing rooms pick up noise from foot traffic and outdoor dining. Rooms with courtyard windows are darker but offer much better sleep quality.

Breakfast is a simple Italian offering typically consisting of a croissant, orange juice and a choice of coffee, provided at a café adjacent to the property starting at 08:00. It is paid separately and is best suited for a light start before heading out. There is no restaurant on site, but the location puts guests directly among dozens of dining options - That's Amore, Pane e Salame and Spiriti e Forme are all within 300 metres. For self-catering, rooms include a tea/coffee maker and minibar.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool or gym. All recreational activity is focused on exploring the historic city centre, which is accessible entirely on foot from the front door.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property with speeds up to 356 Mbps, though coverage can be weak in some rooms. Daily housekeeping is free and includes towel changes and replenishment of tea/coffee supplies. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee, and grocery deliveries are also possible on request. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in are offered. Safety amenities include a safety deposit box, smoke alarms and key-card access. The property is on the first floor with no elevator, so stairs are required. There are no cots or extra beds available.
