The apartment is in a quiet residential area of Tetuán, well connected to public transport with the Metro station just steps away. It is a 19-minute journey from Chamartín Railway Station and 14 km from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Major attractions such as Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Temple of Debod, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and Puerta del Sol are within 8 km via Metro. Plaza de Castilla is a 5-minute walk, and there is a children's park opposite the property. Supermarkets, bakeries, and fruit shops are within a 1-minute walk, and numerous bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute radius. Street noise can be significant, and the apartment is on the ground floor facing the street, which reduces privacy when windows are open.

The apartments are recently renovated and modern, offering a clean and compact open-plan layout with a bed, sofa bed, and kitchen in one room. Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, plus a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. There is heating available, but temperature control is limited - the radiator loses heat quickly once turned off. No air conditioning, so summer cooling depends on a ceiling fan and additional fans. Windows face the street, making privacy an issue when open, and soundproofing is poor; street noise and sound from neighbours can be heard. Some units have had reported issues such as limited hot water, insects, broken furniture, and chipped plates. The bed and sofa bed have been described by some as comfortable and by others as uncomfortable. Lighting is basic, with an emergency light that stays on all night.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities on site. The main recreational option within the immediate area is the small park opposite the building, suitable for children. The Tetuán district provides easy access to local bars and restaurants for casual dining and drinks. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a 20-minute walk, and the city centre attractions are a short Metro ride away.

WiFi is free and available throughout the apartment. Parking is not available; the nearest paid parking is a 5-minute walk (500 m) on Calle de la Infanta Mercedes. The host communicates via WhatsApp and has been described as responsive and helpful, but there is no 24-hour reception or emergency contact. No luggage storage is offered. Cleaning is not included during the stay - you are expected to wash dishes and leave the apartment tidy at check-out, which is at 11:00.
