Each double room is newly renovated and includes a private bathroom with a spacious shower and hairdryer. The in-room kitchen holds a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and kitchenware. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Rooms are compact but well-designed, featuring a comfortable bed, a work desk, a large wardrobe, and a smart TV. Some rooms are on the ground floor or in a semi-basement with a small window, which can affect natural light. The internal walls are lightweight, and noise from neighbouring rooms and plumbing is easily audible; rooms away from common areas reduce this. The property also has a communal kitchen in the basement with a large refrigerator, coffee machine, and dining area.

The property does not have an on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each double room is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle - allowing you to prepare meals independently. There is also a shared kitchen on the basement level, which offers a large refrigerator, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, and a pleasant dining area. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding streets have several restaurants and cafés within a 5-10 minute walk, and Colombia metro station provides quick access to the wider city dining scene.
