Brera Apartments are set in the heart of Milan's Brera neighbourhood, a 15-minute walk from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre, and Sforza Castle. Moscova Metro station (green line) is a short stroll away, offering direct trains to Milano Centrale railway station. Corso Como, known for its boutiques and nightlife, is nearby. The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and shops. For car users, paid parking is available at Autosilo SanMarco or Autosilo Solferino (approximately €30 per day). The location is very walkable and safe, with key attractions reachable on foot.

Brera Apartments offers two types of units: ground-floor apartments on Via San Marco (sleep up to 4, one with a sofa bed) and a second-floor apartment on Via Solferino (no lift, sleeps 4, with a washing machine). All apartments include a private bathroom, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, and kettle. Some units have a loft sleeping area. Apartments are cleaned every two days. Beds are comfortable and the interiors are well-insulated, providing a quiet stay. No balcony is available. The ground-floor apartments on Via San Marco are on a quiet street and are soundproofed.

Brera Apartments does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. However, the kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave, making self-catering easy. The surrounding Brera district has numerous restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within a short walk, including Osteria di Brera, Pizzacoteca, and Panificio Pattini (0.5 km). For groceries, nearby shops are also convenient. The kitchen is ideal for families or longer stays.

WiFi is free in all apartments. Luggage storage is available at the office (Via dell'Annunciata 23/1) from 9am to 7pm daily, free of charge. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged by request after booking. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. Cots can be provided on request.
