HOTEL FIORELLA MILANO, Milan

Room condition varies significantly. Recently renovated rooms offer modern decor, walk-in showers, and good space. Older rooms may feature worn carpet, compact dimensions, dated furniture, and limited natural light. Noise is a notable factor: road-facing rooms hear trams and car-wash activity, and older air-conditioning units are loud. Some rooms have a minibar. Beds in modern rooms are generally comfortable; older rooms may have unsupportive mattresses. The property lacks guest elevator access, making upper-floor rooms a challenge. A key card operates the entrance.

Breakfast is a sweet-focused Italian buffet with a good variety including local cakes and quality coffee. Savoury options like bread, cold cuts, and cheese are available. Gluten-free or vegan alternatives are not offered. The bar serves drinks and there is a minimarket on-site. The surrounding area is packed with dining options, including pizzeria, trattoria, and a gelateria within a 3-minute walk. Breakfast in the room can be arranged.

The solarium is a paid facility, suitable for relaxing in warmer months. The hotel does not have a gym, pool, or spa. The surrounding neighbourhood has a cinema, theatre (Teatro Nazionale), and numerous cafés and shops. For football fans, San Siro Stadium is a 15-minute metro ride or 40-minute walk. Milan City Life park and exhibition centre is a 10-minute walk away.

The 24-hour front desk allows late check-in and early departures without issue. Express check-in/out and concierge service are available. Daily housekeeping and linen changes are standard. A shared lounge/TV area and minimarket add convenience. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for a fee. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, and key-card access. The property is non-smoking throughout but has a designated smoking area. Pets are allowed with applicable charges.
