BRITANNIA HYDE PARK HOTEL BY PLI, London

The property sits in a vibrant London neighbourhood, with Bayswater and Queensway tube stations within a 2-minute walk, providing direct access to central London lines. Paddington Station is 12 minutes on foot, offering Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line connections. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are 3 minutes away, and the shopping and dining strip of Queensway is immediately accessible. For car users, on-site parking is available but must be reserved. The location is well-suited for exploring the city on foot or by public transport, with several restaurants and supermarkets within a 0.5 km radius.

Accommodation consists of studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer) and a fully equipped kitchenette including microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchenware. Many units have been recently refurbished and feature modern décor, comfortable beds, and flat-screen TVs. However, room conditions vary significantly by floor and location within the building. Upper-floor rooms are generally quieter and better maintained, while basement units often suffer from dampness, mould odours, and poor ventilation. Some rooms have a split-level mezzanine layout with a steep staircase, making them less suitable for young children. Every room includes heating but no air conditioning. Street noise can be an issue in front-facing rooms. The variable room sizes (10-20 m2) mean some are much more compact than others.

The property itself has no pool, spa, gym, or shared leisure areas. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are a short walk away and provide ample space for jogging, walking, or boating (available in the surroundings). Horseback riding is available as an activity in the local area. For all other leisure needs, guests will rely on the surrounding streets or public transport.
