The area feels safe and contains many restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets including a Sainsbury's across the road. London City Airport is 20 km away, and the property can book taxis or airport transfers.

The apartments are notably spacious for central London, spread over two floors with bedrooms on one level and living area/kitchen on the other. They come in 2-bedroom (2 bathrooms), 3-bedroom (2 bathrooms + guest toilet), and 4-bedroom configurations (3 bathrooms + guest toilet). Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), a washing machine and dryer, and a dining area. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. All bedrooms have wardrobe space, and most have air conditioning. The extra-large double beds can be split into two singles upon prior request. Some apartments feature a balcony with city views. The decoration is modern and well-furnished. Note that some smaller bedrooms may not accommodate two large suitcases fully open at the same time. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise.

Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge of £15 per person. For other meals, the immediate area around Earl's Court is filled with dining options including The Little French Restaurant (0.5 km), Eastern Star (0.5 km), Orjowan (0.5 km), and Ashbee's Wine Bar (0.5 km). The Kings Head pub on the street behind is recommended for food and drinks. Several restaurants, including EVE, are directly across the road. The Sainsbury's across the street makes self-catering easy. The apartment kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a coffee machine.
