B&S DOMUS COLOSSEO, Rome

The apartment sits in the city centre, steps from the Colosseum (800 m), Palatine Hill (<1 km), and Trevi Fountain (1 km). Two metro stations-Cavour (5 min walk) and Colosseo (400 m)-provide easy access across the city, including Termini station for airport trains. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, pizzerias, and a supermarket on the same street, making daily errands and dining out very convenient. The property's location is excellent for sightseeing on foot, and many top landmarks can be reached without using public transport.

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed (noted to be less comfortable for full-term sleeping), and two bathrooms: a larger one with a shower and a smaller one with a toilet. Both have a bidet and hairdryer. The property is equipped with air conditioning (portable unit in the bedroom, which can be noisy), free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, and a fully fitted kitchenette (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware). The main bed is reported to be very comfortable. The bathroom in the main bedroom lacks a door, and some maintenance issues such as broken sockets and cracked window glass have been reported, so checking these on arrival is recommended.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kitchenware, allowing full self-catering. A supermarket is next door, and a larger Carrefour is a 12-minute walk away. The immediate neighbourhood is dense with dining options: casual pizzerias, classic Roman trattorias, and trendy avocado bars are all within 300 metres. There is no in-house restaurant or room service, so all meals are either prepared in the apartment or enjoyed at one of the many nearby restaurants.
