BY GRACE, Rome

Located in a residential area of Rome, the guest house is 2 km from Battistini Metro Station and 6 km from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. Reaching the city centre typically takes about 45 minutes by public transport, including a bus and then the metro. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and the metro station is close by. For those heading to the Gemelli hospital, the position is very convenient. The neighbourhood is generally clean and quiet, though some connecting roads involve a steep climb from the bus stop. Free street parking is available but can be limited - arriving by car and then using public transport for city-centre sightseeing works well.

Rooms at By Grace are clean and spacious, with many offering a balcony and city or inner courtyard views. Each room includes air conditioning (though some units rely on fans - confirm at booking), a work desk, a dining area, wardrobe, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Flooring is parquet. The property offers several room types: double rooms (with private or shared bathroom), twin rooms, triple rooms, and a 5-bedroom holiday home with 4 bathrooms and 6 beds. Some bathrooms are private and en suite, while others are shared and accessed via a common hallway - which can mean extra noise from other occupants. The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine). Soundproofing between rooms is limited; noise from other occupants can be an issue, especially at night. Overall, rooms are practical and well-suited for budget-conscious travellers who value cleanliness and space over modern finishes.

By Grace does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. The property is geared toward resting and sleeping between city exploration trips. The quiet neighbourhood and bird songs contribute to a relaxing atmosphere, but organised leisure activities are not available on site.
