Rooms that face the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, as street-facing units can experience noise from the building's restaurant and general street activity. Bed sizes vary; single rooms are available. The soundproofing is noted as effective on the street side, though some rooms may hear neighbours.

However, the location offers many dining options nearby, including Ristorante Pizzeria da Sasa, Ristorante Chekiang, and several other pizzerias and bistros within 0.5 km. A Chinese restaurant is situated directly below the property, which is convenient. For those wanting a morning meal, bakeries and cafés are a short walk away. The room includes a fridge and a kettle or coffee machine, making it possible to prepare simple drinks and snacks.

The property offers a free express check-in and check-out service, as well as luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out - useful for travellers with early or late train connections. The lift runs to the second-floor rooms, and access to the building and rooms is via key codes, with CCTV security in common areas. There is a private check-in/out option. No parking is available, but the proximity to public transport makes driving unnecessary. Acceptance of Visa and MasterCard simplifies payment.
