The hotel is directly facing Milano Centrale, placing you at the hub of all rail, metro, and airport shuttle connections - buses to Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio stop just across the square. The metro entrance is less than a minute on foot, reaching the Duomo in under 10 minutes. Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's longest shopping streets, is a 7-minute walk away. The immediate area is filled with restaurants, cafés, and a Mercato Centrale food hall inside the station. Despite the busy surroundings, rooms on higher floors or facing the rear are noticeably quieter. The location is ideal for travellers prioritising easy arrival and departure over a quiet residential setting.

Rooms are decorated in a modern style with bright colours and parquet or carpeted floors. Room quality varies: some are newly renovated with contemporary furniture and good soundproofing, while older rooms show wear and have dated bathrooms that may need maintenance. The bathrooms are private but some have very small showers with inconsistent water temperature. There is no tea/coffee making equipment, no wardrobe in some rooms (only open hanging space), and no balcony. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so hallway and neighbouring room noise can be audible. Rooms facing the station have views of the square but may experience more street noise; rear-facing rooms are quieter. Bed sizes: Single (small double), Queen, King, or three single beds in the Triple. Extra beds and cots are available on request.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with hot options including scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and cereals. Gluten-free items are available. Juice and coffee are self-serve. The breakfast room is on the 8th floor with both indoor and terrace seating overlooking the station square. The buffet is refilled regularly but can run low if breakfast is fully booked. The hotel has no restaurant for lunch or dinner and no bar, but there are vending machines selling soft drinks, water, and snacks at the 24-hour reception. Many restaurants, pizzerias, and take-away options are within a 3-minute walk around the station.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins, luggage storage, and general city information. Luggage can be stored free of charge before check-in or after checkout - even overnight or for multiple days on request. A safety deposit box is available at no cost. Ironing facilities and a trouser press are provided free (dry cleaning available for a fee). There is a shared lounge with TV. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled in each room. The single elevator serves all floors but is slow and can become crowded. No laundry service is available. The hotel does not have a dedicated business centre but offers fax/photocopying.
