The property is in a quiet residential courtyard that offers immediate access to the main tourist and cultural landmarks of Venice. Shopping streets and a large supermarket (DESPAR) are within a minute or two on foot. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away; the Sant'Angelo vaporetto waterbus stop is just 100 metres from the apartment, providing direct connections to Piazzale Roma (parking/bus station) and the train station. For those arriving by car, the Comunale car park at Piazzale Roma is the nearest option, followed by a 35-minute vaporetto ride to Sant'Angelo stop.

Each apartment contains a separate bedroom, a living room, and a private bathroom with a shower. Kitchens are fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchenware - note there is no microwave. Floor plans vary: the ground-floor apartment (Cà del Cortile 2) has a double bedroom and no steps inside; other apartments are on the first or second floor (accessible only by stairs). Some units have a private or shared terrace, and at least one has a balcony. The apartments are well-suited for couples or solo travellers, and the quiet internal courtyard setting ensures a peaceful night's sleep. Extra sofa beds are not available.

For those who prefer to eat out, the immediate neighbourhood surrounding the property offers a wide range of eight restaurants and wine bars within 0.5 km, including Ristorante Acqua Pazza, RistoPub Rossini, and Pizzeria Trattoria Alle Lanterine. A bakery and a supermarket are both within a 1-minute walk, making it easy to pick up fresh bread, pastries, and provisions for breakfast or a picnic. No restaurant or bar operates on-site.

The garden and outdoor furniture offer a quiet space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Apartments with a private or shared terrace or balcony provide additional outdoor recreation areas. There is no spa, gym, pool, or wellness centre on the premises.

The host, Federica, provides personal check-in assistance, including meeting guests at the Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop if needed. An invoice is provided upon request.
