CARRE D'OR STUDIO 2, Nice

This apartment is centrally located, offering immediate access to the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, and the old town on foot. Avenue Jean Medecin is 1 km away, and Nice-Ville Train Station is a 14-minute walk, making rail connections easy. The bus to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (5 km) is nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet despite its central position, with numerous restaurants, local markets, a bakery, and several dining options within a 0.5 km radius. The location is fully walkable for most sightseeing, including Castle Hill (1 km) and MAMAC (19-minute walk).

The open-plan living and sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed with effective blackout blinds, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a fitted kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tea and coffee making facilities. The private bathroom has a shower. Storage is adequate for a short stay, and the private entrance adds convenience. The apartment is on an upper floor reachable by lift, and exterior blinds allow for good darkness at night. The space feels compact but is efficiently organised and suitable for couples or solo travellers who prioritise location and self-catering.

Guests can cook meals using the kitchen's refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine - ideal for longer stays. A tea and coffee maker and dining area are provided. The immediate area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops within a 0.5 km walk, including La Femme du Boulanger, La Massaia, Bistro Regent Nice, and Friends Coffeehouse & Bar. The local markets near the apartment are convenient for fresh groceries.

The beachfront location is the key wellness feature, providing easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and the Promenade des Anglais for walking or cycling. Boating is available in the surrounding area. The apartment itself has no pool, spa, or gym facilities, but the proximity to the beach and central location makes it a practical base for an active seaside break.

The building is equipped with a lift for easy access. The studio includes air conditioning and a private entrance. A washing machine is available inside the apartment, useful for longer stays or light laundry. No internet access is provided. Parking is not available on site, so using public transport or nearby paid parking is necessary. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement. The property is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed.
