Casa Aldea offers a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in a quiet complex. The apartment is compact; guests note it suits up to two people but feels cramped for more. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, though pillows are reported as hard and storage is limited with no wardrobe or mirror in the main bedroom. The living area is small, with a settee that doesn't comfortably seat two side by side. An outside area under a wooden pagoda is a public thoroughfare, not a private terrace.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher. Some guests reported missing items: on arrival, only one plate and one teaspoon were available in one case, and no wine glasses in another. The owner provided extra plates and glasses upon request. The outside dining table is small and flimsy; some guests used the living room table instead.

The outdoor swimming pool is located right next to the apartment and cleaned daily. The pool area is quiet and well-maintained, though sun loungers are reported as uncomfortable. The apartment has no air conditioning; bedrooms can become very warm, requiring the door to be left open at night. The bathroom shower has no barrier, causing water to spread across the floor, which guests note as a slipping hazard.

Casa Aldea is an 8-minute walk from Playa de los Pocillos beach and a short walk to the main strip with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Rancho Texas Park is 1.2 km away. Lanzarote Airport is 4 km from the property. Nearby attractions include Lanzarote Golf Resort and Jardín de Cactus Gardens.

The property has no door number or name plate; it is between numbers 518 and 519 on the street. Key collection uses a lock box, and photos of the entrance are provided by the owner. Towels and sheets are changed only once during a two-week stay, but a washing machine is available in the apartment. Wi-Fi is included but reported as unreliable by some guests. There is no safe in the apartment.
