LOS GRACIOSEROS PUERTO DEL CARMEN LUXURY, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The complex is well placed for exploring on foot: Restaurante Terraza Playa is 0.5 km away, while El Palmeral de Luan, Las Vegas, Friends Bar and Cafe La Ola are all around 0.5 km. Rancho Texas Park is 1 km away, an easy destination for a family outing, and Lanzarote Airport is 5 km from the property. The immediate area works well without a car, and free on-site parking keeps a hire car practical for trips around the island.

The apartment is practical and well maintained, with air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, a private entrance and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is shared rather than private, so the accommodation suits travellers comfortable with this arrangement. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle and coffee machine, plus a dining table and dressing area. A wardrobe, ironing facilities and a free safety deposit box add everyday convenience. The bedrooms are comfortable, with decent mattresses, and the living space feels spacious and clean. The terrace catches sun all day in a sheltered, wind-free spot; selected rooms also have a balcony.

There is no restaurant at the complex, so meal planning centres on the bar, self-catering and nearby dining. The pool bar is a relaxed spot for a drink and a bite to eat, with basic bar snacks and an early closing time of 18:00. The apartment's full kitchen makes self-catering straightforward, and supermarkets are a short walk away for supplies. For eating out, Restaurante Terraza Playa is 0.5 km from the property; El Palmeral de Luan, Las Vegas, Friends Bar and Cafe La Ola are all approximately 0.5 km away.

The pool is the social and recreational heart of the complex, with space to relax and a calm, family-friendly feel. Pool towels are available for use, and the pool bar keeps refreshments close until 18:00. A solarium and games room add further options. Around Puerto del Carmen, diving, windsurfing, tennis and an off-site water park are available for an additional charge, and golf is within 3 km. There is no spa or wellness centre at the property.

Free public parking is available on site, with street parking also possible. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk simplifies late arrival, and invoices are provided for business claims. Family rooms and cots are available, and the apartment's washing machine supports longer stays.
