The property sits in the real heart of Playa del Carmen, one block from 5th Avenue and a two-minute walk to a Chedraui Selecto supermarket. Playa del Carmen Beach is a pleasant 8-minute walk away, as is Mamitas Beach. The ADO International Bus Station is 2 km away, and Cozumel International Airport is 36 km from the apartment. Restaurants such as La Vagabunda and Sushi Club are within 0.5 km. The location is excellent for walking to the beach, dining, shopping, and nightlife, though the area has ambient noise from traffic, construction, and nearby nightlife venues. Having a car is optional, but parking is available on site for a fee. Parking was free at times via the host, but a reservation is required.

The accommodation is a two-bedroom apartment with two beds. The unit includes a living area with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Each room has air conditioning. The apartment has a private entrance and a balcony. The unit is spacious, with plenty of room in the bedrooms and living area. Some units have reported issues: inconsistent hot water, broken air conditioning, poor Wi-Fi, black mold in the bathroom, and noise from traffic and the sports field. The kitchen may lack basic supplies such as adequate cutlery, pans, and hangers. The safe may not work. The flat-screen TV has no channels. The apartment is on the first floor (two flights of stairs up).

The outdoor swimming pool is open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily and has sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The shallow end makes it suitable for relaxing. The surrounding garden and outdoor furniture provide a pleasant space to unwind. The pool is sometimes not cleaned regularly, so checking cleanliness in advance is recommended.

The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, ideal for preparing meals. A Chedraui Selecto supermarket is a two-minute walk away for groceries. Several restaurants, including La Vagabunda, Sushi Club, and Chez Celine, are within a 5-minute walk. No breakfast service or on-site dining is offered.
