The apartments are located in a peaceful neighbourhood, 7-10 minutes from the Precotto metro station. The M1 line provides direct access to the city centre, with Duomo about 17 minutes away. Milan Linate Airport is 8 km away; Malpensa and Bergamo airports can be reached by train or shuttle to the metro. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl) and restaurants are within a 5-12 minute walk. Free on-street parking is generally available, making car access practical despite the lack of private parking.

The apartments offer one-bedroom, studio, and three-bedroom layouts, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, and basic cooking staples. The larger apartment includes a terrace with panoramic city views. Rooms are well soundproofed, with comfortable beds and blackout windows. The studio is on the ground floor, while the one-bedroom apartments are on the fourth floor with lift access. All units have heating and are non-smoking.

Casa Carozzi does not have a restaurant. Each apartment is stocked with a full kitchen including cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and basic provisions such as tea, coffee, oil, salt, and pasta. Several restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk, including Pizz' N' Leo, I LOFT Cafe, and Trattoria San Filippo Milano. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl) are about 5-7 minutes away.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi (1Gb fibre) is available throughout. A lift serves the upper floors. Self check-in is available for arrivals outside the 15:00-21:00 window, with full instructions provided. Housekeeping is not daily but the apartment is prepared before arrival. The host provides a detailed guidebook with local recommendations. Payment is accepted via American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. No restaurant, spa, or swimming pool. Street parking is free and usually available. Cots are available on request.
