Rooms are compact and basic, with older furniture that does not always match the photos. Soundproofing is poor: conversations, snoring and metro noise from adjacent rooms are clearly audible. The bathrooms are very small with cramped shower cabins. Road-facing rooms on lower floors are noisier. Space is limited in singles and doubles, making them more suitable for short transit stays than for longer relaxation. Daily cleaning and towel changes are provided. No minibar or fridge is available in the rooms.

Breakfast is a basic buffet with packaged items and limited hot options. The breakfast room is small and can be crowded; some choose to eat standing. Breakfast can be served in the room on request. For those who prefer a wider choice, numerous cafés and restaurants are within a short walk.
