The location is ideal for sightseeing, with most city-centre landmarks accessible on foot in under 25 minutes. Street noise can be an issue at night, especially on weekends, and the building itself has thin walls, so interior noise from neighbouring rooms is also common.

The rooms are compact and basic. Some rooms have a balcony with city views, while others have no window at all, relying solely on air conditioning for airflow. Storeroom space is very limited with only a few hangers and no wardrobe or drawers. The private bathroom is compact, with the shower often fully open to the room, leading to moisture and odour issues. Thin walls mean noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway is easily heard. The property is on the third floor with no elevator.
