SUITES YOU PLATINUM, Madrid

The property is embedded in a lively pedestrian area with a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars on Callao and Plaza Santo Domingo, just a one-minute walk away. Plaza Mayor is a seven-minute walk, and the Prado Museum is 3 km from the apartments. Madrid-Barajas Airport is 25 minutes by car; the paid airport shuttle can be arranged. The metro connection at Callao provides rapid access across the city, making a car unnecessary for most trips. Those driving should note that private parking nearby requires a reservation and costs €20 per day.

Units range from studios to one-bedroom apartments sleeping up to four adults. All are air-conditioned and have soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Some apartments feature a private balcony - selection is essential when booking, as availability varies. The unit with three small balconies offers street views. The main double bed measures 1.35 cm. While many find the beds comfortable, the sofa bed is less suitable for sleeping, and some rooms face inner courtyards that can have noise from the ventilation shaft or nearby restaurants. Street-facing rooms may hear traffic, but window insulation is effective. Clean interiors and high ceilings are generally appreciated, though the building's entry and hallways can feel dated.

Within a 0.5 km radius, you will find Gramabar, Asador de Aranda, StreetXo, Steakburger Preciados, Lizarran Preciados, and Cuando Sali de Cuba. The kitchenette in each apartment includes a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, allowing light meal preparation using cookware and kitchen utensils. A supermarket is around the corner, making self-catering straightforward. For a full meal, the many restaurants on the pedestrian streets offer everything from tapas to steaks and international cuisine.

Leisure facilities are not part of the offering; the accommodation is best suited as a city base for exploring Madrid's attractions and dining scene.

Reception is located at Calle de Bordadores 9, Bajo F, a few minutes from the apartments. Luggage can be left there from 11:00 to 19:00 (Mon-Sat) and 11:00 to 15:00 (Sun). Check-in is online via an app, which also handles the door keys - there is no physical key. A lift is present, though it has been reported as out of service at times; the building does not offer accessible rooms. Housekeeping is provided after two nights. There is no laundry or washing machine in the rooms. Cots are available on request, and no pets are allowed. Private parking nearby costs €20 per day (reservation required). Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.
