CASA DI ARIA, Bologna

The property is centrally located, with key tourist sites such as Piazza Maggiore and Bologna Central Station within a 20-minute walk. The neighbourhood has several cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including Madigan's Irish Pub, La Pignatta, and Enoteca Re Crudo. Public transport, including a bus stop, is nearby. For drivers, off-site paid parking is available but can be hard to find during large events. The airport is 9 km away and a paid shuttle service can be arranged.

The property offers a mix of double rooms and family rooms. Some rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer; others have a shared bathroom. A few rooms have a balcony with an inner courtyard view or a private bathtub. Rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds, soundproof walls, and a tea/coffee maker. The shared kitchen is fully equipped. However, many rooms lack air conditioning and rely on a fan, making summer stays uncomfortable during heatwaves. Noise from the street and other guests can be an issue, especially with open windows. Some rooms have limited storage (no drawers) and a low bed frame. Light sleepers may prefer a quieter room away from the street. The property has a lift and is accessible for reduced mobility.

On-site leisure is limited to the shared outdoor terrace. For paid activities, the property offers cooking classes and themed dinner nights. Rafting opportunities are available nearby.
