Air conditioning is present in both sleeping areas, and the property has heating. Both bathrooms offer excellent shower pressure. Each floor has a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and coffee. Wardrobes and storage are provided. The apartment has two balconies; a large rooftop terrace (Casa Naia) is available in the same building. The street is quiet, ensuring restful sleep.
