The hotel is opposite the Andalusian Parliament and a short walk from the Basilica of Santa María de la Macarena. The Alameda de Hércules square, with its many tapas bars and cafés, is just 3 minutes away. The main sights - the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the bullring - are all within a 20-minute walk through authentic local streets. Numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and supermarkets are within a few hundred metres. San Pablo Airport is 7 km away, and the train and coach stations are 3 km from the hotel. Public transport links are excellent: bus stops with multiple lines are a 30-second walk away, a taxi rank is adjacent, and the private tourist bus tours also stop nearby. For car-free exploration, bike rental is available at a low cost from the hotel.

Each room is uniquely decorated in a blend of styles inspired by Seville's Moorish heritage. Rooms are grouped around a typical Andalusian patio with a fountain. Standard amenities include a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, air conditioning, heating, a safe, and an LED TV (mostly Spanish channels, limited international news). The room size is generally generous and the beds comfortable. Important variations exist: some rooms have a spa bath or private Jacuzzi, ideal for a romantic stay. Street-facing rooms can be very noisy from traffic and late-night bar crowds; rooms overlooking the interior patio or on higher floors are quieter. A few ground-floor rooms have a small terrace but may lack natural light. The bathroom layout varies: some rooms have an open-plan bathroom (only a partial partition), others have a sliding door; if privacy matters, request a room with a fully enclosed bathroom. There are no rooms with a balcony.

Breakfast is a continental-style buffet with bread, pastries, fresh orange juice, and good coffee. It is served in the hotel's adjoining restaurant, El Rincón de Rosita, which also acts as the breakfast room. The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine (tapas, paella, and local specialities) for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday (closed Mondays). The restaurant is popular and can get busy, so advance booking for dinner is recommended. Special diet menus are available on request, and the bar offers a snack menu, packed lunches, and room service. Several other tapas bars and restaurants lie within a 5-minute walk, including Esperanza Bar, Bar Plata, and Mama Gabina.

The rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space with a hot tub (free of charge), sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. A solarium is also available free of charge. Spa/wellness packages and massage treatments can be booked for an additional fee. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or a full spa centre.
