Situated on a quiet street, the hostel is within a 5-to-10-minute walk of multiple metro and metrobus stations (Isabel la Católica on the pink line nearby). The airport is 10 km away; a taxi is the most practical option for late-night arrivals. Shops, restaurants, and bars are within a 2-to-5-minute walk, and the area feels safe even at night. Well placed for exploring the historic centre and major landmarks like the Museum of Fine Arts (1 km) and Tenochtitlan Ceremonial Center (18-minute walk).

Rooms are simple but cleaned daily. Private double rooms include a terrace with garden or city view, tea and coffee maker, and shared or private bathroom. Dormitories (4-bed, 6-bed, female-only, male-only) have lockers for small luggage, a balcony, and shared bathrooms with powerful hot showers. Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. No air conditioning but cooling fans and natural cross-ventilation work well to keep the space comfortable. For light sleepers, a garden-facing room is quieter than a city-facing one.

The well-stocked kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and even oil and spices. There is free filtered drinking water. Breakfast is self-prepared; guests can also find a variety of restaurants and taquerías within a 2-to-5-minute walk, including Cafe Regina and Botanero Chilo Bichi (300 metres) and Restaurante El Cardenal (1 km).
