CASA LYRATA COMFORT & DESIGN, Malaga

The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area 3 km from the Picasso Museum and 3 km from Alcazaba. The Jorge Rando Museum is a 19-minute walk away. The city centre and beach are roughly 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car, and a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away offers a direct, transfer-free route to the centre in around 15 minutes. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and bars are within 0.3-0.5 km on foot. Free street parking is available in the area but can be challenging to find, especially during busy periods, making the bus or a short Uber ride a practical alternative for car-free trips. The quiet street allows for good sleep, though noise from neighbouring rooms can travel inside the property.

Each unit is recently renovated and air-conditioned, featuring a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware, ideal for preparing simple meals. A flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, YouTube) and free Wi-Fi are provided. Rooms are compact, especially the smallest double room, which may feel tight when storing more than two backpacks - the door opens directly onto the bed and storage space is minimal. Soundproofing between rooms is limited; corridor noise, neighbouring conversations, and hallway light entering around the door can affect sleep. Several units include a private terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture, which adds a comfortable outdoor living area. The bed is widely noted as comfortable, and the overall design is modern and clean.

On-site wellness amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, or sauna are not available. The property's main leisure asset is the private terrace or balcony found in most units, which offers a peaceful spot to sit outdoors in a quiet residential setting. Soundproof terrace doors help keep noise out, making it a comfortable extension of the living space.
