The homestay is set in a tranquil residential neighbourhood, offering a quiet retreat while remaining well-connected. The metro station (line 2) is a 7-8 minute walk and reaches the city centre in about 10 minutes, while bus stops are a 2-minute walk away. María Zambrano train station is one metro stop away (20 minutes on foot, 5 by taxi), and the airport is reachable by metro with one change or by taxi for €15-20 (10-minute ride). The Picasso Museum and Alcazaba are within a 30-minute walk or a short bus/metro ride. A Carrefour supermarket is directly below the building and several restaurants, bars and a pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk, making self-catering convenient.

Each room is a private, lockable bedroom in a shared apartment, offering a homestay feel. Rooms are compact but functional, featuring air conditioning (usable for heating), a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private bathroom (with toiletries included, but no hairdryer), and a wardrobe. A private balcony or terrace with furniture is standard in every room. Some rooms include a small fridge. The building has a lift for easy access. Beds are available in single, twin and double configurations. The apartment itself has five rooms sharing a central hallway and a communal kitchen. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but partition walls are thin - noise from adjacent rooms can be heard.

The homestay does not offer breakfast, a restaurant or a bar. Guests have free use of a well-equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and utensils, as well as tea and coffee supplies. A Carrefour supermarket is located directly beneath the building (open 7am-1am nightly) and a variety of restaurants - including El Martinete, Chinese options and seafood - are within a 3-5 minute walk. This setup is ideal for solo travellers and budget-conscious guests who prefer to prepare their own meals or eat out easily.

Leisure facilities are centred on the outdoor spaces. A furnished sun terrace with loungers and seating, along with a small garden and a picnic area, is available for all guests to use. These areas provide a quiet place to relax in good weather, with some enjoying the morning sun on east-facing balconies. A golf course is located within 3 km of the property for those interested in playing.

The property offers free high-speed WiFi (295 Mbps), sufficient for streaming and video calls on multiple devices. Luggage storage is available at no extra charge, useful for late check-out or early arrival. The building has a lift and is secured with key access and fire extinguishers. A shared kitchen and a supermarket next door support self-catering. There is a laundry room directly opposite the building.
