Bologna Centrale Train Station is 2 km away, and Bologna Airport is a 9 km drive. The A14 motorway exit Bologna San Lazzaro is 2 km from the property, making it a convenient stop for drivers. Bus routes 25, 36, and 37 run from stops directly in front of the house to the main station. The surrounding area offers restaurants, pizzerias, a gelateria, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The walk to the historic centre is about 20 minutes on foot, and the villa's position near a bus route makes car-free travel easy.

The air-conditioned rooms feature Balinese-style furnishings and come equipped with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms have a private bathroom inside the room, except for one double room which has a private bathroom located outside. Some rooms offer a balcony with garden views, while others are situated on the ground floor for easy access. Daily cleaning is standard, and replenishment of snacks and toiletries is regular. Rooms vary in size, with top-floor suites and spacious ground-floor options available; some rooms face the road but the house is well-insulated so traffic noise is minimal.
