The surrounding streets are lined with shops, bakeries, and restaurants, including several within a 5-minute walk. The lively avenue Jean Médecin and Place Masséna are a short stroll away. The beach and Promenade des Anglais are a 15-minute walk through the centre. For those driving, the secure parking garage is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
