MOXY NICE, Nice

Located in a developing neighbourhood near the A8 motorway, the hotel sits 4 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium and 8 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. The Palais Nikaia performance venue is within walking distance. Due to ongoing construction around the hotel, the direct entrance from the street is blocked; access requires a detour through the Indigo parking garage (38 Rue Emmanuel Grout) or walking around the block. The area currently has limited dining and shopping options within a 5-minute walk, though Sushi Sun and Brasserie La Brigade are 0.5 km away. The tram line L2 stops directly in front, making the airport reachable in under 10 minutes and the city centre in about 20 minutes without needing a car.

Accommodation options include double rooms with two beds and suites with one bed. Rooms are modern and clean, with private shower, hairdryer, heating, and soundproof walls. Family rooms add a sofa bed. The compact room layout lacks a minibar, kettle, coffee maker, and traditional wardrobe - only a few hangers on the wall are provided. Bed size is standard double, and pillows are notably firm with no alternative types available. Rooms on lower floors or facing the road may experience noise from the ongoing construction, which starts around 8:00 AM. City views are available, though views of the current construction site are common. The style is minimalist and functional, better suited to short stays or overnight transit than extended comfort.

Breakfast includes juice, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit, coffee, and tea, served until 10:00. After breakfast, the coffee station closes; coffee and other drinks are available at the bar for a charge (e.g., 4 EUR for a cappuccino, 3.50 EUR for bottled water). The bar and snack bar offer a limited menu of processed convenience-style food, including kids' meals and wine/champagne. The coffee shop provides additional light options. For a wider selection, restaurants including Sushi Sun and Brasserie La Brigade are a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast and snack offerings are basic; a hot full meal is not served.

The hotel is fully accessible with wheelchair access, grab rails, raised toilet, and lower bathroom sink. Family rooms and cots are available, and pets are allowed for an additional charge. A lift serves all floors, and the building has soundproof rooms, non-smoking throughout, and CCTV with security alarms. Meeting and banquet facilities are offered for a fee. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are included, with invoice provided. Cleaning service is daily, but housekeeping may need to be requested if not automatically completed. No personal fridge or coffee maker is in rooms; an iron is available on floors 2, 4, and 6. The deposit of 50 EUR per night is held at check-in and can take days to weeks to refund.
