The city's central train station and major attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk, while the beach is about 30 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood sees some street noise at night, with thin windows amplifying sounds from outside.

The accommodation consists of four private rooms in a shared apartment, each rented separately. Rooms are compact and basic, with minimal decor and just the essentials: a comfortable bed, a small sink in some rooms, and storage. Air conditioning is available in the twin room, and some rooms feature a balcony. Thin walls mean noise travels easily between rooms and from the street, making it less suitable for light sleepers, especially in rooms facing the road. The single shared bathroom serves all four rooms, leading to potential wait times during busy periods. Hot water supply has been unreliable, so planning showers during off-peak hours is recommended. The apartment does have a lift for easy access.

The shared kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils, enabling guests to prepare their own meals. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided.
