Malaga Central train station is 400 m from the property, offering a direct 4-stop connection to the airport for approximately €2.80. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a grocery shop are within a 5-minute walk. Several public car parks are nearby, though parking costs around 25 EUR per day. The building is on a historic street with a narrow pavement, which is not ideal for mobility vehicles.

The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options steps from the apartment. Notable nearby restaurants include Okami, Fonzo, La Taberna de Cervantes, Asako -Feel Food-, La Tranca, Noviembre, and Bar Baena, all located 0.5 km away. A grocery shop is also within a 5-minute walk. The apartment's full kitchen provides the flexibility for self-catering, with most units including a washing machine for convenience.

The shared rooftop terrace is accessible to all apartments and provides outdoor furniture and sun loungers. It is a quiet space for sunbathing or evening relaxation, though the view is not panoramic.
