Oxford Street shops and Hyde Park are within a 10-minute walk, and Regent's Park is also nearby.

Rooms feature parquet floors, soundproofing, work desks, wardrobes, and heating. Bedrooms vary in size - options include a large double and a very large double - and all are equipped with comfortable beds. The en-suite room offers a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Shared bathrooms (two for three rooms) include a shower, hairdryer, and towels are provided. Some rooms are located in the basement with limited natural light and no operable windows, which can affect air circulation. Noise from neighbouring rooms and street-facing rooms has been noted, though soundproofed walls reduce general disturbance. Rooms are older and basic in style but well-suited for travellers prioritising location and practicality over modern decor. Unlimited towels are provided.

The host provides a free, self-service breakfast setup with essentials like bread, eggs, cheese, milk, yoghurt, cereals, orange juice, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. Guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped shared kitchen, which includes a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. For more extensive dining, the surrounding streets offer numerous restaurants and cafés, including Baker Street options just a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen pantry is restocked regularly and is available 24/7.

On-site leisure is limited to the shared lounge with a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day out. The property's central location gives easy access to nearby parks (Regent's Park, Hyde Park) and attractions such as Madame Tussauds. Boating is available in the surrounding area.

The property offers free WiFi throughout. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available free of charge. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is provided at no extra cost, allowing guests to explore the city without their bags. The shared kitchen and lounge/TV area are open 24/7. Key access and fire extinguishers are provided for safety. An invoice can be provided upon request. Cots are available for babies.
